Covid–19, often referred to as coronavirus, is an infectious disease that can result in serious and potentially fatal illness. There is a risk of the transmission of Covid–19 in any environment where people come together. This risk increases in enclosed spaces and with increased numbers of people. The World Health Organisation has advised that the elderly and those with underlying medical conditions are more vulnerable. Upon entering The Festival for Pagan & Witches, you assume all risk associated with Covid-19.
You also agree to:
abide by all government guidance aimed at preventing the transmission of the virus (details of which can be accessed via the following link https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus); and
follow all directions provided by staff members and set out in the signage within the venue. You must not enter the venue if you believe that you may have been infected with Covid-19.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Cameras, visual or audio recording equipment are NOT permitted unless you have spoken and got permission from the Event Organiser.
- Coven Of Gaia accept no responsibility for any personal property.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the event is cancelled.
- Dogs are permitted at this event and MUST be kept on a lead at ALL times. All fouling must be picked up and placed in relevant receptacles.
- Coven of Gaia take no responsibility for a ticket holder's failure to gain entry to a talk, workshop, or entertainment due to space restrictions. Entry to free workshops is on a first come first served basis, it is the ticket holder's responsibility to arrive early to ensure they gain entry.
- Coven of Gaia reserve the right to refuse admission and/or require a ticket holder or trader to leave the premises, as a result of health and safety, environmental, breach of ticket conditions, security concerns or unreasonable behavior at our discretion.
- Promotion of other business through distribution of flyers, posters, postcards, magazines, newspapers or any other advertising materials is not permitted without prior permission from the Event Organiser.
- This ticket does not entitle the holder to trade at this event, any attempt to sell any item or to persuade an official trader to do so on their behalf is strictly prohibited.
- No refunds will be offered to customers or traders who are refused entry or ejected from the venue on account of refusing to cooperate with security or venue staff, abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti social behavior (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorized audio, video or photographic recordings or unreasonable behavior at our discretion.
- Coven of Gaia reserve the right to cancel the event, and will not accept any responsibility for any losses, costs or expenses, which may result from the cancellation of the event, save as to refund the ticket price.
- Coven of Gaia reserve the right to alter the date/venue/programme without notice.
